Consignment items may be delivered to the Haley Auction Center from April 27th to May 1st from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We will also accept early consignments by appointment only. PLEASE NOTE: No consignments will be accepted on the morning of the consignment auction. No household items or junk consignments will be accepted. 

 

Commission on Items Sold: $1 – $99: 25%  

                                                   $100 - $9,999: 10%

                                                   $10,000 & Up: 5%

                                                   No Sale Fee: $20

 

*There will be a $25 fee to the seller for each titled vehicle.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Sale Committee reserves the right to refuse any consignment. Absolutely no junk consignments. No Sunday load out. Please obtain a Buyer’s Number upon arrival. If you are consigning items with us, you may pick up your buyer number on the equipment intake days. By making a bid, Bidder accepts Terms & Conditions and will be bound by them. All purchases must be paid in full on the day of sale. Payment must be cash or good check with proper ID. Buyers not known to the Sale Management may be required to have a bank letter of guarantee to pay by check. Credit cards will also be accepted with a 3.5% fee added to the total. 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the total sales price. 6% KY sales tax will apply unless proper dealer tax number and/or farm exemption number and forms are provided. Settlement to consignors will be mailed within 14 business days. Announcements made on sale day take precedence over advertising. Neither consignors nor agents will be responsible in case of accident, injury, or theft. Buyer must assume immediate responsibility for any purchases. All guarantees are strictly between buyer and seller. Auction Management acts as agent only.
