IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FIREARMS PURCHASES
Must be a Kentucky resident and at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. Must be at least 18 years of age for long gun purchases. An FBI background check is required for all firearms purchases. Please be prepared to present your government-issued ID or your KY Concealed Carry card when picking up. A $25 transfer fee (per firearm) will be added to your invoice at pickup.

TERMS & CONDITIONS | LIVE AUCTION: Bidders should register & obtain a buyer number upon arrival. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the Terms & Conditions and will be bound by them. All purchases must be paid in full on the day of sale. Payment must be made by cash or good check with proper ID. Buyers not known to the Sale Management may be required to have a bank letter of guarantee to pay by check. Credit cards will be accepted with a 3.5% fee added to the total. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the total sales price. 6% KY sales tax will also apply unless proper dealer tax number and forms are provided to the cashier.
