TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final selling price.
All items are sold “as is, where is”, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Inspection of property before bidding is strongly encouraged. Failure to inspect the items prior to bidding/buying in no way relieves the buyer from the obligation to pay for and pick up any items. All sales are final at the close of bidding on each lot. **NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. Descriptions, sizes, colors, use, etc. provided are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.
Full payment will be due at pickup by cash, in-state check, or credit/debit card. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to the final total for credit card purchases. (If payment is made by credit/debit card over the phone, a 4% convenience fee will be required due to the additional cost of manual processing.)
6% Kentucky Sales and Use tax will be added to the final selling price on every invoice unless a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is on file with the auctioneer. You can email a copy of your certificate to auctions@haleyauctionsandrealty.com or complete a certificate including your exemption number when you pick up your items.
Failure to pick up your purchase within the designated hours may result in your purchase being declared abandoned and returned to the seller or re-sold to the back-up bidder. Also, you may be barred from bidding on future auctions unless you have paid for your purchase on time and made specific arrangements with the auction company. You are required to pay for your winning items even if you decide not to pick them up.
Items in this auction are offered 'online only' using an automatic extended bidding format. Any bid received within 3 minutes of the scheduled closing time of a lot will extend the bidding on that lot for an additional 3 minutes. This process can repeat multiple times.
Successful buyers should bring their own labor and packing material to pickup. No load-out help will be provided on pickup day.
